Guiding you through your fitness jorney

Personal training has been my career for a long time now and I have to say that I Love my Job. Using my fitness background and training expertise to help people in a one-on-one setting is very effective. I train people every day and with each person the progress and results from week to week are always positive.

PRIVATE GYM ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

Guidance through proper exercise technique and intensity located at a private studio gym in Columbia, MD. No membership or gym fee. Train with me in a comfortable, private setting. No gym crowds and access to variety of equipment!

DIET COACHING

No matter what your specific goals are, I can teach you how to structure your diet to achieve your goals. I don't believe in following specific fad diets. I educate my clients on how to make the right choices.

IN-HOME PERSONAL TRAINING

I have been working with Steve for the last 2 years. I have a weak lower back, and I was very overweight when I first met Steve. Steve created workouts that better fit my lower back's issues to strengthen it, while also giving me tips, and hints for improving my eating habits, and recovering from my workouts.
