Personal training has been my passion and career since July of 2001. I enjoy utilizing my fitness background and training expertise to help people in a one-on-one setting. My knowledge of current and effective fitness routines as well as my experience in the industry, helps clients reach their fitness, personal health and nutrition goals . Over the years I have worked with a vast clientele and I pride myself in my ability to adjust my training techniques to fit each unique client. I can prepare a workout program for you based on what you want to achieve, whether it be weight loss, strength or overall health goals. PERSONAL TRAINING WITH STEVE
Private one-on-one personal training session
30-60 minutes in duration
Location of clients choosing: In-home, apartment or office gyms, outdoors and access to local gym with no membership fees
Diet coaching included

Individual and Group Personal Training
I can train you in the comforts of your home, apartment or office gym. We can also train outdoors. I also have access to two local gyms with no membership required for personal training! If you have some equipment- great! If not, I can bring some to you! Once you become my client, you can text, call or email me anytime for training or nutrition advice and/or questions.
Properly planned and structured training routines.
One-on-one guidance through proper exercise form and technique.
Motivation to ensure adequate intensity is applied by the client that is suitable to his or her current fitness level.
Ensuring that all exercises are done in a safe and effective manner that is sufficient to the clients body structure and coordination level.
Virtual Training Option
If a scheduling conflict arises with a 1-on-1 client and we can't meet in person on a particular day or week, no problem! We can train via Zoom for a 30 minute session at half the cost. You'll still get in a great workout without having to skip a day!
No matter what your specific goals are, I can teach you how to structure your diet to achieve your goals. I don't believe in following specific fad diets. I educate my clients on how to make the right choices.

I have been working with Steve for the last 2 years. I have a weak lower back, and I was very overweight when I first met Steve. I have been working with Steve as my personal trainer for almost a year. My goal was very specific… improve my strength in core areas to help improve my rowing. I’ve been very impressed with the level of background work Steve did in improving his understanding of rowing and the primary muscles used as well as how receptive he is to feedback from me and my rowing coaches.
